About Emerald Awakening

Hi, I’m Roxy -Your Calm-Creator & Sunday-Scaries Slayer

After a decade in high-pressure operations roles and my own journey through burnout, anxiety, and identity overwhelm, I realised something big:

Success means nothing if you feel like sh*t inside.

So I combined life coaching, emotional regulation tools, shadow work and spirituality to create Emerald Awakening, a space for high-achieving humans who are done pretending they’re fine.

My Mission?

​Do I need to be spiritual to join?

Nope!
You don’t need crystals, incense, or a meditation shrine.
My work blends mindset, emotional regulation, and simple spiritual practices, but only if they resonate with you. Everything is optional.

​Is this like therapy?

No -coaching is forward-focused.
We explore emotions, patterns, behaviours, and habits, but we don’t diagnose or treat mental health conditions.

If you already have a therapist, coaching works beautifully alongside it.

​What if I’ve never done journaling, shadow work or rituals before?

Perfect.
I explain everything in simple, easy steps.
You don’t need experience, just curiosity and honesty.
